Ridge View (3-3) can qualify if any of the following happen:
–They beat Westwood (0-6)
–Prairie Valley loses to IKM-Manning
Prairie Valley (3-3) can qualify if:
–They beat IKM-Manning (5-1), AND Ridge View loses
District 2
Emmetsburg (6-0), Hartley HMS (5-1), West Lyon (5-1) and Sibley-Ocheyedan (3-3) are all in.
District 3
Aplington-Parkersburg (6-0), Saint Ansgar (5-1), Dike-New Hartford (4-2) and West Fork (4-2) are all in.
District 4
Woodward-Granger (6-0) and Hudson (4-2) are both in.
Gladbrook-Reinbeck (4-2) can qualify if any of the following happen:
–They beat Woodward Academy (2-4)
–Hudson beats BCLUW
–Eagle Grove beats South Hamilton
–They lose to Woodward Academy by 1 point (or in overtime) AND South Hamilton beats Eagle Grove by 10 points or less
–Note: Other scoring combinations exist similar to the one above.
Eagle Grove (4-2) can qualify if any of the following happen:
–They beat South Hamilton
–They lose to South Hamilton by 1 point (or in overtime) AND Hudson beats BCLUW
–They lose to South Hamilton by 4 points or less, AND Hudson beats BCLUW, AND Woodward Academy beats Gladbrook-Reinbeck by 13 or more
–Note: Other scoring combinations exist similar to the two above.
South Hamilton (3-3) can qualify if any of the following happen:
–They beat Eagle Grove, AND Hudson loses to BCLUW
–They beat Eagle Grove, AND Gladbrook-Reinbeck wins
–They beat Eagle Grove by two points or more, AND Gladbrook-Reinbeck loses by 10 points or more

Underwood (3-3) can qualify if any of the following happen:
–They beat Tri-Center
–They lose to Tri-Center by 12 points or less, AND Audubon (2-4) beats Treynor (4-2)
Tri-Center (2-4) can qualify if any of the following happen:
–They beat Underwood, AND Treynor beats Audubon
–They beat Underwood by 13 points or more, AND Audubon beats Treynor
