#4 Dyersville Beckman lost a close game to 3A #9 Western Dubuque 7-6. Beckman had been a 20-point pregame favorite. Unbelievably the road for Beckman does not get any easier as they next face 3A #4 West Delaware. West Delaware posted a convincing 28-7 victory at 3A #28 Central Clinton in week 1. Beckman is a 10-point road underdog in this game of 3A-2A top 5 teams.
